The family of Nick Gordon has finally spoken out since Bobbi Kristina Brown passed on Sunday at the age of 22 – six months after mysteriously being found submerged down in a bathtub full of water on Jan. 31.
His family spoke out Monday afternoon with a heartfelt message about her passing.
“The is devastating passing of Bobbi Kristina to Nick and our family,” a statement, released by his momMichele Gordon said.
“Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart,” she continued. “Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.”
As has already been reported, Gordon practically begged to see “Krissy” after she’d been hospitalized and put into a medically-induced coma her after her hospitalization in January. Both Houston’s and Brown’s families vehemently objected and threatened him with violence if Gordon even appeared Krissy’s hospital.
Gordon quickly spiraled out of control, appeared on Dr. Phil’s show professing his addiction to both prescribed and illicit drugs and entered rehab. Once he got out, he shacked up with his biological mother in Florida. As to where his biological mother was when he got adopted by the late Whitney Houston, that’s another story.
