A Southeast side boy sustained injuries to his knees after falling out of a third floor window today, police said.

A Southeast side boy sustained injuries to his knees after falling out of a third floor window today, police said.

Police have not determined whether or not the 12-year-old was pushed or fell out of the window shortly after midnight in his apartment in the 7500 block of South Essex Avenue.

The boy was transported to the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital.
