Morgan Waller is a dedicated professional with a background in public service, earning a Bachelor’s in Public Relations (2016) and a Master’s in Public Administration (2018) from Northern Michigan University. Elected to the school board of Thornton Fractional School District in 2019, she served as Vice President and chaired the equity committee until April 2023, advocating for educational equality. As the youngest woman on the board, Morgan stands out in the Chicagoland area.
She’s an active board member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, recognized with the Top 100 Emerging Leader Award from Diversity MBA Magazine. Morgan served as Membership Director for the National Black MBA Association, joined the Northern Michigan University Alumni Association board in June 2020, and gave a TEDx talk on the Power of Networking.
With diverse experience, from financial analyst at S&P Global in 2019 to her current role as External Affairs Manager at Crown Castle, Morgan is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Her varied achievements and unwavering commitment to community and equity make her a remarkable individual.
