Robert A. Hazzard, Jr. is a business leader, mentor, and community advocate committed to building a legacy through leadership, service, and opportunity. As Founder and CEO of The Hazzard Group, he empowers organizations to grow strategically and cultivate high-performing teams. With professional experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Bank of America: Midwest Retail, and AT&T Mobility, he blended corporate excellence with entrepreneurial vision to drive measurable impact. 
 
Robert serves on the Associate Board of Chicago Innovation and the Executive Board of The Ideal Candidate organization, advancing leadership and civic engagement across Chicago. Through mentoring initiatives such as The Greenwood Gents and Just Me & The G.U.Y.S., he works to ensure young Black men see excellence modeled, expected, and attainable.
