MATTESON ORTHODONTICS BREAKS GROUND ON $1.2 MILLION MEDICAL FACILITY

MATTESON ORTHODONTICS TO REPLACE DEMOLISHED MOTEL WITH BRAND NEW MEDICAL OFFICES

Matteson Village President Sheila Chalmers-Currin, State Representative Debbie Meyers-Martin (D-Olympia Fields 38), Village elected officials and Village staff were on hand for a groundbreaking ceremony for Matteson Orthodontics’ new medical office building, located at Lincoln Highway and Kildare Ave.

The $1.2 million, 4,000 plus square-foot project officially is slated for May 2020 completion. The medical offices will replace the former Matteson Motel that was demolished in 2017.

Dr. Keyur A. Shah and his team will move just three minutes east of their current location in Matteson.

“Our orthodontic business has been a part of the wonderful community of Matteson for over 40 years and we are so excited to expand into a new beautiful space,” said Dr. Shah.  “It is definitely an example of how our community is thriving and will continue to thrive for years to come.”

“We are looking forward to how beautiful this is going to be and how it is going to be something that we are proud of for years to come,” said President Chalmers-Currin during the ceremony.
