Authorities have charged a Chicago man in the 2004 killing of a 27-year-old man at a Chicago Housing Authority building.

Authorities have charged a Chicago man in the 2004 killing of a 27-year-old man at a Chicago Housing Authority building. Twenty-six-year-old Dantony Chamblis of Chicago faces a first-degree murder charge. Chicago police arrested him and charged him on Sunday. Authorities allege the two men had an argument on Dec. 9, 2004.
