‘A Chorus Line’ brings an encore to Chicago for limited engagement

Recently "A Chorus Line" again packed the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre where it again premiered to SRO houses and glowing reviews. Critics once more raved about the penetrating musical that captivated thousands. The Broadway musical is directed by its original Tony Award-winning, co-choreographer Bob Avian and is produced by John F. Breglio.

The 1976 debut of the original "A Chorus Line" that was produced, directed and choreographed by Michael Bennett was an unprecedented hit. It received 12 Tony Award nominations, winning nine of them, as well as the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
