Lori Carlton-Jordan is Vice President and Human Resource Consultant with over 25 years of. experience in both capacities. She holds a Bachelors in Business, a Masters Degree in Public Administration and several certifications in Human Resource Management.

Lori is an entrepreneur along with her husband owning a thriving Landscaping and Snow Removal Company where she serves as Vice-President. As a Human Resource Consultant she’s provided service to various Non-Profit and Large Municipal Organizations. She is currently on staff with Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Chicago as special ass’t to Commissioner Brown.

Lori is active within her community serving as one of the longest elected officials in her village serving as Commissioner of Olympia Fields Park District, Member of Rich Township Democratic Organization, Illinois Park and Recreation Association, Rich Township Senior Services Advisor,
member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and Victory Apostolic Church, Matteson, IL.

Lori has successfully managed her demanding roles all while being a supportive wife to a busy husband Calvin Jordan and mother to three outstanding children Jeremy, Lauren & Leah.
