Lola Jenkins is a catalyst for transparent, transformative organizational leadership, driving transitions from compliance to authentic engagement and systemic change. With a bachelors degree in political science and sociology from Spelman College and an MBA from Lewis University, she leverages her academic prowess to orchestrate initiatives that inspire collaboration, encourage civic participation, and empower individuals to drive positive change in their communities. Through her expertise and passion for learning, she fosters a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovative problem-solving.

A Multicultural Leadership Academy graduate, Lola is recognized as a “Westside Woman of Wisdom” and honored by the Cook County Board of Commissioners for leadership in the North Lawndale Community. She’s a board member of Carolyn’s Kids Foundation and a recent graduate of the Chicago Foundation for Women, Willie’s Warriors Leadership Initiative.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lola mentors young men with Chicago Family Partnership and Citizens Building a Better Community, aiming to reduce gun violence and recidivism by facilitating workforce opportunities. Her remarkable effectiveness resonates not only in her career accomplishments but also in her commitment to community impact.
