Lisa Bonet (left above) has remained conspicuously silent even as the Bill Cosby rape allegations continue rage out of control with three more women coming out in the past month, bringing the total to over 40 females.

Lisa Bonet back in the 1980s.

Bonet, one of the more visible and beloved cast members of the legendary, barrier-breaking “Cosby Show” in the 1980s, declines to spill whatever feelings she harbors of the embattled comedic icon from of her soul. However, the person who perhaps knows her best, her daughter Zoe Kravitz, opened up to the media about the matter.
In an interview with the The Guardian, Kravitz, the star of the critically-acclaimed movie Dope, was asked if her mother ever broached the topic of Bill Cosby.
“She hasn’t, she really hasn’t,” Kravitz assures. “She’d plead the fifth, even to me. I think she’s just staying out of it. She’s just as disgusted and concerned as everyone else is, but I don’t think she has any insight. It’s news to her as well.”
Some believe that Bonet, who was young and strikingly beautiful with a vast male fan base back in the day, could have possibly been one of the victims since she fits Cosby’s alleged type of victim. It is well known that Bonet and Cosby had a falling out sometime during the early stages of the “Cosby Show” spinoff sitcom “A Diff’rent World.”
Subsequently, as Bonet retains her reticence to speak for or against Cosby, the speculation about her victimhood continues to simmer.
“Of course,” Kravitz answers understandingly. “She was on the show for a long time. She’s also a beautiful woman. It makes people wonder. She’s a very straightforward person. If there was something she felt the world needed to know that would help this case or help any women who had been abused, she would say something.”
