LAREDO, Texas — A Lil Wayne concert in Texas, postponed after authorities said they found marijuana on one of his tour buses, is back on. The Laredo Entertainment Center’s Web site says the show, originally scheduled Friday, will take place Saturday night. The rapper canceled Friday after two of his buses were stopped in Falfurrias, southwest of Corpus Christi. Border Patrol Supervisory Agent Joe G. Trevino said Saturday Lil Wayne and 11 people with him were briefly detained, and the case was referred to the Brooks County Sheriff’s Office. A sheriff’s dispatcher said the sheriff was unavailable for comment. Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, will be tried in March on felony drug possession and weapons charges in Yuma County, Arizona. Copyright 2009 The Associated Press.
