‘LHHATL’s’ Scrappy getting evicted again?

Those “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s” checks are apparently not enough to keep Scrappy from running afoul his landlord … again.

Scrappy, 31, was recently hit with a lawsuit for not paying his rent. Again.
Scrappy, whose government name is Darryl Kevin Richardson II, is being sued by Randy Williams of the Williams Property Group because of a reported $4,022 owed in back rent and utilities in addition to court costs incurred, according to Bossip.

Scrappy is reportedly renting a handsome five bedroom home for $3K per month, but the reports state that if the rapper and reality star does not reconcile being in arrears to his landlord that he’ll find his belongings on the curb.
Scrappy and the landlord have legally tussled before. At the beginning of the year, Williams sued Scrappy for (guess what?) unpaid rent, as well. But the two came to a mutually-agreeable term.
Unfortunately Scrappy is not unfamiliar with the legal eviction process. Back in 2010, the rapper had his home foreclosed upon after he allegedly failed to keep up on the payments.
