The iconic R&B ensemble will perform some of their greatest hits and newest vibes at the Chicago City Winery on Nov. 1 to thrill more seasoned listeners and provide a stimulating experience for newer audiences.
Vocalists Marc Gordon, the original founding member of Levert, along with Joe Little, lead singer of The Rude Boys, and Dave Tolliver from the R&B duo Men At Large are set to guide fans on a musical journey rich with their favorite songs from the NAACP Image Award Winning Group who dominated the sounds of the 80s and 90s, with No. 1 hits like “Baby I’m Ready” and the chart-busting “A BC-123.”
But the Levert Experience is more than the Levert catalog. The decade from the mid 80s to the mid-90s gave rise to some of the greatest and most beloved male singing groups of all time, and in homage to that legacy, the group is honored to perform other hits songs from their past including “Written All Over Your Face” from the Rude Boys which became the 1990 Billboard Song of the Year.
