NEW YORK – Television network ABC says LaToya Jackson will be a guest co-host on morning talk show "The View" Sept. 16 and 18.
Having previously co-hosted the show, aimed primarily at female viewers, in 2003, Jackson is the latest celebrity to be named as a substitute for Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who is on maternity leave until mid- October. Jackson is a sister of late pop star Michael Jackson.
Besides Hasselbeck, regular co-hosts of "The View" include Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Sherri Shepherd.
