WAUKEGAN, Ill. — Health officials in Lake County say they have three confirmed cases of swine flu, including a 15-year-old Mundelein High School student. The Lake County Health Department said Tuesday the others are a 34-year-old man from Round Lake and a 42-year-old woman from Mundelein. Spokeswoman Tiffany Bronk says two of the cases were tested in Cook County. That means the Illinois Department of Public Health may be reporting them as Cook County cases. IDPH is still reporting Lake County as having one "probable" case. Health officials say Mundelein High School can remain open because attendance has been stable. That suggests the virus isn’t spreading there. All three people with confirmed cases are recovering at home. ______ Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
