Kimberley Goode is an accomplished corporate executive and board director with experience in a variety of industries. She currently serves as chief communications and social impact officer for BMO Financial Group with accountability for global communications, media relations, government relations and social impact.

Prior to joining BMO, Kimberley served in leadership roles for a number of industry leading companies including American Express, Prudential Financial, Kellogg Company, Northwestern Mutual and Blue Shield of California. She has also been a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout her career. As a corporate executive, she has been recognized as one of the Most Influential Women and among the Top 100 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy magazine and as an Outstanding Woman in Marketing and Communications by Ebony magazine.

Kimberley earned a bachelors degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and has been inducted in the PR Week Hall of Fame, one of the industry’s highest honors. She sits on a number of non-profit boards and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Links, Inc.
