Kevin is the Midwest Division Director for Community & Business Development. In this capacity, Kevin leads the firm’s financial health strategy and $30 Billion Dollar Racial Equity commitment in the region. His efforts are focused on building trust in underserved communities and leading advocacy efforts across lines of business to lift neighborhoods. Kevin oversees a team that reaches historically underserved individuals by delivering financial health workshops, forging partnerships with non-profits, government, institutions of education and business owners, and designing community programming to provide education and access.

Kevin has 20-year track record of strong leadership experience in the financial services industry spanning across Wealth Management, Retail Banking, and Business Banking.

Kevin is a staunch advocate for closing the opportunity gap in underserved areas and is extremely active in his local community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Next Generation Men & Women, Treasurer of Help Chicago, JPMorgan Chase Lead for the Bank On initiative, and a member of the JPMorgan Chase Black Executive Forum.

Hailing from the west side of Chicago, Kevin and his lovely wife, Tina, have been together for over 20 years. Their daughter, Kameel is an economics major at Hampton University.
