Katt Williams, the beleaguered and troubled comedian who has been arrested multiple times in the Atlanta area this month, was apprehended once again. This time officers came to his home on the instructions of a bench warrant signed by a judge after he was videotaped arguing and then suckerpunching a teen last week in Gainesville, Ga., about an hour north of Atlanta.
Nicole Bailes, a spokeswoman for the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, confirmed the arrest
Williams, 44, and Luke Wash, 17, were both charged with disorderly conduct after fighting each other at an apartment complex, Gainesville Police Sgt. Kevin Holbrook previously told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
He added that Wash is also charged as an adult in the case.
Williams was denied bond until he was able see a judge on Thursday because he was already out on bond on other assault charges.
