Katrina D. Jackson brings over 20 years’ experience in cultural integration, organizational development, talent management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across various global industries. As the Vice President of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Adtalem Global Education, her focus is on crafting and leading enterprise-wide talent and DEI strategies, driving business priorities, cultivating a leadership pipeline and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Previously, Katrina served as the first global head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Underwriters Laboratories, where she designed the function from inception to operation by building a DEI ecosystem, a five-year roadmap and integrating DEI across business operations, people processes, organizational policies and company culture.
Her impact extends beyond corporate walls, serving on boards such as Roseland Community Hospital, Rush University Medical Center, The Glass Slipper Project and Chicago State University Foundation.
Katrina’s accolades include the Chicago Scholars’ 35 under 35 Award and The Chicago School’s Distinguished Alumni Award. A proud Spelman College alumna, she also holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
