Judge Glenda Hatchett received the President’s Award from Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) recently in Chicago at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Hatchett is a celebrity spokesperson for the national non-profit organization. CASA trains volunteers, age 21 and older, to work with foster children. Fellow CASA celebrity spokesperson, singer Anthony Hamilton, gave the keynote address.
Hatchett has penned Say What You Mean, Mean What You Say and Dare To Take Charge: Live Life on Purpose.
