The iRock Jazz Festival kicks off in Union Pier, MI on Friday, May 29th with a VIP Reception at Ateliers. Emma Dayhuff, an acoustic and electric bassist, takes the stage for two shows at 7:00 pm & 9:00 pm. You can also hear the soulful vocals of the talented Meagan McNeal performing at Frankie’s Other Place 8:00 pm & 10:00 pm.

New Venue! Lions Beachfront Park

On Friday and Saturday, May 29th-30th the iRock Jazz Festival will have will have live entertainment in downtown New Buffalo Lions Park, from 12 noon to 10 pm! The park will open at 11:00 am. This year will also feature food, beer and wines from local area wineries and craft breweries.
The pavilion is located at 101 Marquette Drive, which is across the street from the City Beach. Lakefront Park, owned by the City, contains the City Beach, City Boat Launch, Lions Beachfront Park, and the Riverfront (north of the bridge, west of Whittaker, up to the City Beach parking lot), all on the same parcel of land. New! Food Tents at Lions Beachfront Park

This year, drinks and festival fare will be available for purchase at Lions Park. This event is RAIN OR SHINE – so plan to hang out for the day no matter what the weather! Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, but no tents, no grills and no furry friends please.
