Trez V. Pugh III is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sip & Savor Hospitality Group, a Chicago-based coffeehouse brand known for blending premium coffee with community impact. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Trez has built Sip & Savor into a multi-location business that has created hundreds of jobs and become a staple in several neighborhoods. 

A former federal agent, Trez developed his business while serving full-time, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and a strong commitment to long-term growth. His leadership has been rooted in creating spaces that foster connection, culture, and opportunity, particularly in underserved communities. 

Throughout his journey, Trez has personally invested significant capital to sustain and grow the company, navigating challenges such as limited access to traditional financing, economic downturns, and operational scaling. Today, he is focused on strengthening the company’s financial structure, expanding into new markets, pursuing franchising opportunities, and positioning Sip & Savor for long-term scalability and potential acquisition.
