BIRMINGHAM–The Grambling State Tigers have moved to the number one ranking in both the Sheridan and Boxtorow.com/BASN polls.
The Tigers’ 29-14 win over Southern this past weekend, combined with losses by Tuskegee (to Alabama State) and South Carolina State (to Appalachian State) vaulted GSU to the top spot.
Prairie View A&M remained fourth in the Sheridan, and moved to third in the Boxtorow.com/BASN Poll. Jackson State moved to seventh and eighth, respectively, while Southern fell to 10th and 9th, respectively in both polls.
