Governor JB Pritzker and Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton will take the oath of office for their second term on Monday, January 9

Inauguration Day will begin with the Interfaith Service at 9:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church. The second inaugural ceremony to swear in Governor Pritzker, Lt. Governor Stratton and statewide constitutional officers will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Bank of Springfield Center. The governor and lieutenant governor will host their inauguration celebration at 7:00 p.m. at the Exposition Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds.

Media interested in attending must RSVP for each event to press@jbpritzkercampaign.com by 8:00 p.m. TONIGHT. The events will be open to pre-credentialed media only, and a livestream for the swearing-in ceremony will be available at ilinauguration23.com. 

Detailed arrival instructions will be forthcoming. Please note there will not be additional availability on Inauguration Day.
