Radogno (rah-DOH’-nyoh) is set to tape a segment Friday afternoon for WBBM-AM’s "At Issue" news program. The Lemont lawmaker is at the center of negotiations with other top lawmakers and Gov. Pat Quinn to try to resolve the state’s budget. Lawmakers passed a budget that doesn’t have enough to fund government operations.
