Gloria M. Jackson is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of experience spanning Sales, Learning and Development, and Customer Service. As Senior Director at Verizon, she oversees the porting, activations, and credit teams, driving operational excellence while fostering employee engagement. Gloria’s passion for inclusion was evident during her three years as Global Lead of Verizon’s Parents and Caregivers Employee Resource Group (PACT), where she created a thriving environment for caregivers. She continues to support these efforts as a member of the group’s Executive Advisory Board.

An advocate for single parents and underrepresented communities, Gloria leverages her experiences as a corporate leader and mother to inspire and empower others. Growing up on Chicago’s West Side instilled in her the values of resilience, faith, and determination, which she now shares to uplift women and girls striving to achieve their goals.

Residing in Chicago with her son, Gloria enjoys running, cycling, and reading. A two-time marathon finisher, she approaches challenges with determination and inspires others to pursue their potential in every facet of life.
