One man is dead and three wounded after an argument at a dance party turned violent at a night club in south suburban Chicago Heights. Chicago Heights police Detective Joe Bruni says bouncers asked a group of young men to leave after an argument at the club shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Police are trying to determine what happened next. What is known, Bruni says, is that at least one man pulled a gun and opened fire in the club’s parking lot. Police found 20-year-old Johnathan Williams of Hazel Crest dead at the scene. Nineteen-year-old Darius Bell of Hazel Crest was in serious condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with a gunshot wound to the chest. Two other men were treated and released from local hospitals. (AP) ______ Copyright 2008 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
