Dr. Vince Davis

Dr. Davis’ first major decision came when his parents encouraged him to join the United States Navy at the age of 16. He served in the Navy and obtained a top-secret clearance by the age of 18. When he was discharged, he received an Honorable Discharge and was recognized with the National Defense Medal for his service aboard the USS Nimitz Aircraft Nuclear Carrier as a plank owner.

Following his time in the Navy, Dr. Davis enrolled at Eastern Illinois University, where he joined the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.

Dr. Davis is currently focused on studying law enforcement reform methods, advocating for college students to consider law enforcement careers, and instructing criminal investigation at different educational institutions.

With a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, a Master’s Degree in Education, a Juris Doctorate Degree, and an LL.M. Degree from Texas A&M School of Law, Dr. Davis has completed the Police Staff Command Public Safety program at Northwestern University.

Dr. Davis is actively involved in the Community Commission of Public Safety in the Bronzeville community, where he advocates for the well-being of residents through his dedication to upholding justice, ensuring public safety, and promoting best practices in law enforcement.
