Dr. Roberts-Tabb has created and implemented programs, mentored young ladies, and held ground breaking roles as the first Human Trafficking/ Gender Responsive/LGBTQ Specialist and Special Population Program Manager for Cook County Juvenile Court.  As a member of the Chicago Coalition on Urban Girls, several task forces and multidisciplinary teams, Dr. Tabb has collaborated on both policy and legislation while working across every branch of government including Federal Bureau of Investigation specifically Operation Cross Country. 

As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc’s educational development committee, she has designed immersive workshops offered across several chapters, bringing awareness around domestic sex trafficking and pitfalls of social media.

As the founder of Girls Night Out, Dr. Roberts-Tabb has organized a movement interrupting sex trafficking for eight years by taking to the streets; offering resources, food, HIV testing, PREP, person care products and other services through her 24hr. HELPHER Care Line.

Dr. Kisha holds a Bachelors of Science in Politics and Government from Illinois State University, a Masters of Public Administration from Governor State University and a Ph.D. in Community Psychology from. National-Louis University
