Most recently, Everette Snow and Kenneth Crawford were gunned down in separate incidents on Monday on the South Side. While sitting on a porch in the 2200 block of East 78th Street shortly before 1 a.m., Snow, 18, was involved in a domestic dispute and was shot in the head. Crawford, 38, was shot multiple times at around 12:45 a.m., while sitting on a porch in the 1200 block of West 72nd Place, police said. No one is in custody for either shooting. On Sunday, Deonte Scott, 22, was fatally shot shortly after midnight in the 400 block of West 116th Street. Hours later, 35-year-old Cleophus Parrow died from gunshot wounds he suffered while on a porch in the 500 block of East 91st Place. An arrest was made in Parrow’s death, police said. Included in the weekend shootings was four police-involved shootings on Sunday. Two people were charged with firing shots or allegedly pointing a firearm at police. Darrell Leary, 23, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault to a police officer and one count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon after he allegedly pointed a gun at officers in the 7200 block of South Honore Street. No one was injured in the shooting. Less than an hour later, in the 100 block of East 75th Street, someone opened fired on officers who responded to an incident. Four men were shot, none were police officers. Andre Lemon, 25, was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, police said. A man shot at police in the 1500 block of South Ridgeway Avenue. The officer was not hit, and the man is still at large. In the 6800 block of South Winchester Avenue, shots were fired at police.
