Delmarie Cobb named Illinois Press Secretary for the Hillary
Delmarie Cobb named Illinois Press Secretary for the Hillary For America campaign on Feb. 2, 2016. Since then Ms.Cobb no stranger to politics has been busy on the campaign trail making sure that Hillary is not only visible in Illinois  but that she connects with the community.
Hillary Clinton will travel to Illinois on Wednesday, February 17, and will hold a Get Out the Vote event in historic Bronzeville in Chicago to encourage supporters to vote in the March 15th primary and to take advantage of early voting, which began last week.
She will address a full house as the capacity for reservations has been met. Â
This will be Clinton’s second visit to Bronzeville, since announcing her candidacy for president. Last year, she held a roundtable with child care workers to discuss the soaring out-of-pocket costs of child care and the need for paid family leave. Clinton will be joined by Geneva Reed-Veal, mother of Sandra Bland.
The event takes place Wednesday February 17, 2016 at 11 am through 1 pm at Parkway Ballroom, 4455 S. Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, IL in Bronzeville with  Hillary Clinton who is pushing  a Get Out the Vote Organizing effort.
Though the event is closed to those without a reservation, we urge you to register and go to the polls March 15, 2016 Â and cast your ballot.
