Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, a world leader in airport food, beverage and retail, recently announced it has entered into a national agreement with longstanding union partner Unite Here. This new national agreement covers Delaware North workers at the majority of its U.S. airport locations. The contract was ratified by an overwhelming 98-percent majority of the voters.
Matt King, president of Travel Hospitality Services, stated, “I am pleased we have an agreement, not to mention one that so many of our employees support. That tells me the system is working and that we’re meeting the needs of our employees and guests. Here in Chicago, we have strong support from the local union, which has given Delaware North a strong endorsement. With this behind us, we continue to look forward to the opportunity to bring our unique brand of award-winning travel hospitality to Chicago O’Hare.”
