DeJuan Lever is President & CEO at Iverson & Company – a premiere machine tool sales, manufacturing and service company in Chicagoland. He executed the acquisition of the 93-year-old company during 2023. His goal is to accelerate growth while opening employment opportunities and promoting manufacturing throughout Chicago.
He received his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State
University. DeJuan holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University and executive education at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
DeJuan’s 23-year career span has consisted of roles with increasing responsibility among the supply chain, operations, and sales realm at Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Eaton Corporation and LORD Corporation. He is a past board member at Breakthrough Urban Ministries, inaugural fellow at the IMPACT program and life member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
DeJuan resides in the city of Chicago with his wife, Dr. Karen Fields Lever, and two daughters – thirteen-year old, London, and seven-year old, Lane. And, a five-year old boy, Lawson. They attend Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.
