LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) — The Chicago Bears say quarterback Jay Cutler has a high ankle sprain and top cornerback Charles Tillman will be out for the next two months with a triceps injury.

Cutler is considered week to week with the injury, which typically takes several weeks to recover from.

Cutler missed a game with a groin injury, but returned for Sunday’s 21-19 loss to the Detroit Lions. He left the game before the start of the final Bears possession and was replaced by Josh McCown.

Tillman was put on recallable injured reserve, which means he is eligible to return to practice in six weeks and play again in eight weeks. The Bears are 5-4 and have seven regular-season games remaining, starting Sunday against Baltimore.
