“America Big Sisters Fundraiser4 Awards Luncheon hosted by Tragil Wade was recently held at the Odyssey Country Club. The foundation promotes the 3 E’s , Educate, Empower and Encourage. The organization has impacted the lives of over 4,000 teen girls. The event featured a panel discussion by the Wade family and honored community representatives throughout the Chicagoland area. Congratulations to the “Better Yourself Foundation” and CEO /Founder Teresa Griffin on a wonderful “Trunk Event”. High school students from across the Chicagoland area received trunks filled with supplies needed for college. Kudos to a fantastic, entertaining event held at the Du Sable Museum.
