COMMUNITY SAVINGS BANK HOSTED BACK TO SCHOOL CELEBRATIONON SATURDAY AUGUST 24th

Community Savings Bank hosted its annual Back to School celebration on Saturday, August 24, in the lobby of its main office, located at 4801 W. Belmont Ave.

The purpose of the celebration was to make sure local kids have what they need to go back to school, and to build some enthusiasm for the new school year as they finish summer vacations.

Neighborhood kids, grades pre-k to eighth grade, were invited to stop in. Students who attended received a new backpack filled with school supplies.

Refreshments and snacks were served. And, bank staff were joined by their school-aged children.

Community Savings Bank is an independent neighborhood financial institution located at Cicero and Belmont Avenues in Chicago. Community has been located in the neighborhood for 75 years and at its current location on the corner since 1953.
