The 2022 Draft Action Plan covers the following U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) Entitlement Programs:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
HOME Partnership Investment program (HOME)
Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA)
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)
The public is invited to attend and provide input on the uses of the funds proposed in the plan or send written comments to the Office of Budget and Management, City Hall, Room 604, 121 N. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60602, Attention: Latoya Vaughn, or send by email to GrantSupport@cityofchicago.org. Written comments will be accepted through October 15, 2021.
