In a dynamic gathering at the iHeart Chicago Sound Studio last week, Chicago Women Executives convened to amplify the importance of equity and inclusion in the workplace. The event was aptly titled iHeartMedia Chicago’s International Women’s Day Soirée.
Hosted by iHeart Chicago and moderated by its on-air personalities, the event provided a platform for these leaders to share their unique insights and experiences.
Throughout the afternoon, panel discussions resonated with attendees, offering practical guidance and fostering connections among participants. The conversations revolved around fostering an inclusive environment and highlighting the transformative power of embracing diversity.
iHeart Chicago will broadcast empowerment messages on its radio stations throughout Women’s History Month.
One event highlight was the presentation of the prestigious iHeartMedia Chicago International Women’s Day Leadership Award. This year, the honor was bestowed upon Mary Kate Daly (MBA), Senior Vice President and Chief of Community Health Partnerships and Transformation for the Patrick M. Magoon Institute for Healthy Communities at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
