Some deals only last for a day, but Microsoft is offering its bargains through Sunday. This year’s hot items are the Xbox One, Surface Pro 3 and Nokia Lumia 635, said Mike Camacho, North Bridge Mall store manager.
The Xbox One starts at $399, with a $70 savings. Camacho said that this is a great gift value for those who love games, music and movies and more. Customers will also get a free game of their choice with their purchase. The Xbox One is probably the most popular, Camacho said.

“It is just a great all inclusive media device,” he said. “Of course it’s intended for gaming, but it does so much more.”
The “more” he is referring to is the Kinect sensor, which is sold separately, but still offered at a low price. For $499, shoppers can have the addition. The sensor monitors your motion, which lets you interact with the games.
Owners of the Xbox One will get new games like “Sunset Overdrive,” “Forza Horizon 2” and “Halo: The Master Chief Collection,” first.
The HP Stream 7 is another popular item. Microsoft is offering it for $99. The 7-in touch screen tablet includes Office, which is usually $69.99.
Camacho said that bargain shoppers might want to check out the Surface Pro 3 as well. The tablet smoothly transitions into a laptop for those who need to work on the go. It starts at $799 and includes a Windows 8.1 operating system and a new Surface Pen.
Most stores run out of the sale items within hours, but Camacho said that he doesn’t predict that will be an issue at Microsoft.
“We are ready to go for this weekend and right now we are fully stocked and I anticipate great crowds,” he said.
Microsoft stores are located in Schaumburg at the Woodfield Mall, 5 Woodfield Mall, in Oakbrook at the Oakbrook Center, 49 Oakbrook Center and in Chicago on Michigan Avenue, 520 N. Michigan Avenue.
