Charles L. Jones is the CEO of C&B Consulting LLC. The company was established in 2013 to provide clients with Strategic HR Business Solutions. He has over 30 years of HR Leadership experience and retired as an Executive with Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods Inc). He is a former Army Officer and a Gulf War Veteran. He received the Lake County, IL Most Influential African American in Business Award in 2017. He is active in various organizations including Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Shriners, Prince Hall Masons, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and American Legion.

Charles authored five books covering topics from career management to life fulfillment, two of which were #1 New Releases on Amazon. He served on several boards to include the National Small Business Association (NSBA), University of Illinois – Lake County Extension, March of Dimes, INROADS, 100 Black Men, and YMCA.

Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Jackson State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Married with two daughters, he embodies a rich tapestry of professional achievement, military service, and community involvement.
