A 17-year-old boy was charged Sunday with the shooting death of Marquell Blake, a sophomore at Chicago International Charter School’s Longwood Campus. Police said Jarvis Brack, of Rockford, Ill., approached 15-year-old Blake on April 8 during an afternoon dice game in the 7700 block of South Carpenter Avenue and attempted to rob him of an undisclosed amount of money.
