Caprice began her Wintrust banking career as a Bank Teller for North Shore Community Bank/A Wintrust Community branch in Wilmette, IL in November of 1998. While working as a teller her love for finance grew, encouraging her to complete her degree in Business Administration at Devry University. Since that time, she has received several promotions, accolades, and most recently becoming the first banker in a business development role for the Hyde Park Bank/also a Wintrust Community branch. Since 2017, she has used her ability and banking experience to share in the various South Side of Chicago communities, where she also lives. Constantly engaging with community stakeholders to help facilitate events such as the Silver Room Block party and Hyde Park Brew fest. Engaging and building upon both existing and new relationships. Through this Caprice has a commitment to helping our youth by participating with Polished Pebbles and Christ the King High School teaching young people financial literacy and employment opportunities. A committed board member for Sunshine Enterprise and board President for the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce. Caprice continues to network and remain an active community member, teaching Money Smart-Financial education classes and a resource for local businesses solutions.
