U.S. Reps. Bobby Rush (D-1st) and Danny Davis (D-7th) spearheads a petition to get the 31st Street Harbor renamed after the late Dr. Margaret Burroughs. Burroughs, co-founder of the DuSable Museum of African-American History, died in November 2010. She also started the South Side Community Art Center and the Lake Meadows Art Fair and was most recently the Chicago Park District Commissioner.
