CHICAGO — It’s official now that the Chicago Bulls have made it into the National Basketball Association playoffs. The Bulls’ magic number was down to one on Friday, and even though they didn’t play Friday night, they gained a playoff spot when the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Charlotte Bobcats 84-81.
