PASADENA, Calif. — This quiet upscale suburb straddling the edge of Los Angeles is lit up like few times in the year for the unveiling of the 46th annual NAACP Image Awards at the Pasadena Civic Center.
Some of the biggest stars in black America have descended on the Left Coast to celebrate 2014, revel in each other’s company, floss the latest threads on the red carpet and, of course, get turned up.
