The visitation will occur today from 3-8 p.m. at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home at 4727 W. 103rd St. in Oak Lawn.

Funeral:

Preston’s funeral is Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Trinity United Church of Christ at 400 W. 95th St. in Chicago.

Earlier this month, Preston was shot and killed in a robbery attempt in front of her family home after returning from a work shift. Chicago police have arrested and charged four teens with first-degree murder.

Preston was scheduled to graduate with her Masters in Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago on Saturday. Instead, her mother accepted her degree on her behalf.
