Dear Dr. Karen:
I would like to know if there are other married men and women who are happy in their marriage and in an extramarital affair at the same time? I have two women who are meeting my needs both emotionally and sexually. My wife meets my needs emotionally at home and the woman I am involved with satisfies me sexually.

The person I am having the affair with is also married and feels the same way I do. We have both decided that we will never leave our spouses. We understand that people stay married for many reasons, and not all problems can be worked out. I think you need both emotional support and sex for a marriage to work.

 Dear Satisfied:
It sounds like you are quite content and happy being unfaithful to your wife. Obviously, you and your co-partner have no respect or love for either of your spouses. There can be no love where there is no trust. It’s just a matter of time before your affair is exposed. You are trying to convince and justify this situation by making your spouse the problem because of the sex.
Both you and your little sexual playmate are being deceitful and playing with other people’s emotions. There is no way you can justify this infidelity. Burning the candle at both ends is dangerous. You and your little trollop are going to crash and burn. Let’s just call it what it is CHEATING!
