Tony Hayes is a results-driven executive/entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience applying expertise in project management and process improvement as a visionary leader. He holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration with an emphasis in Urban Planning and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Tony has spearheaded significant contributions to numerous organizations, including as the Co-founder of Mustard Seed Learning Center providing exceptional preschool services, Director of Asset Management at Noble Network of Charter Schools, and Director of Operations at Chicago Christian Industrial League. This includes strategic planning, business development, multi-million dollar budgeting, and improving services for underserved communities.

He is a driving force of change and growth, specializing in building consensus, achieving goals and milestones, and enacting action plans that improve revenue, profit, and service quality. He has served as a Commercial Real Estate Development Consultant with the Chicago Housing Authority, Cook County Health & Hospital Systems, and the State of Illinois.
Tony is married to a loving wife of 22 years with two beautiful children.
