Mortgage default recovery and homeowner financing will be among the topics discussed at the Realtist Association of Illinois, Inc.’s 5th annual conference. It will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Harambee House Restaurant, 11901 S. Ashland Ave. E.J. Webber, president of Dawn-Webb and Associates, a Black-owned real estate brokerage firm in the city, is this year’s event chairperson. “The conference will tackle some of the issues facing the real estate industry today, such as foreclosure and financing, and ways Realtors can assist their clients to deal with it,” she said.
