The American Health and Beauty Aids Institute recently held its 20th Annual Proud Lady Beauty Show at the Tinley Park Convention Center in southwest suburban Tinley Park, and the exhibit floor and all of the classes were packed to capacity.
The American Health and Beauty Aids Institute recently held its 20th Annual Proud Lady Beauty Show at the Tinley Park Convention Center in southwest suburban Tinley Park, and the exhibit floor and all of the classes were packed to capacity.
Thousands of beauty professionals from across the country and abroad attended the show, which featured over 20 free classes, competitions and a comprehensive trade show featuring key beauty products and educational opportunities for professional hair stylists, barbers, nail technicians cosmetology and barber students.
“Stylists and barbers came from across the country to compete in our prestigious competitions,” said Geri Duncan Jones, executive director of AHBAI.
